Privacy Policy
Homr is operated by IFIXIT Listing Services · Effective October 16th, 2026
Who we are
Homr is operated by IFIXIT Listing Services (“we,” “us”). We run homr.online, software that helps real estate agents, homeowners and Vendors (contractors and other service businesses) plan, track and pay for the work on a home. Our registered address is 264 NW Walker St, Gentry, AR 72734.
What we collect
When you join a waitlist, we collect your first and last name, email address and mobile number.
When you write to us through the form on our Contact page, we collect your name, email address, your message and which of our cards you chose (agent, homeowner, Vendor or brokerage).
If you choose to answer the optional questions afterwards, we also collect your brokerage, state, how many listings you take a year, and who told you about Homr.
When you create an account and use Homr, we collect the information you enter, such as your contact details, the properties, plans, tasks and documents you add, and your messages. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Like most websites, we also receive basic technical information such as your browser type, device and IP address.
How we use it
We use your information to hold your place on the waitlist, save your founding price, send your invite and promo code, and tell you about Homr.
We use what you send through the Contact page to answer you, and keep the conversation so we can follow it up.
Once you have an account, we use it to run the service you signed up for, support you, keep Homr secure, and improve it.
We also turn agents' marketing results into anonymous averages across at least 20 agents, as our Terms describe; they never identify an agent or anyone in their contacts.
We do not sell your personal information.
Texts and emails
By joining a waitlist you agree to receive emails and text messages from Homr about your invite and about Homr. How often we write varies; it is usually a few messages around your invite. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything.
We do not share your mobile number with anyone else for their own marketing.
Agents' websites
Every Homr agent has a public website on Homr, at homr.online/agents/ followed by the agent's page name. On those pages the cookie banner names both Homr and the agent. If you tap Accept, both Homr's tags and the agent's own Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook) pixel load; if you tap Decline, none of them load and the site works the same. Your choice applies to that agent's website only, and we ask again after six months.
If you accept, the agent's Google Analytics and pixel receive what Homr's receive (described under Cookies and tracking), plus a description of the page you are viewing: the kind of page (for example a listing or a buyer's guide), whether it is for buyers or sellers, a price range, and for a listing its street address. The agent can use this to show ads to people who visited their website, under Meta's and Google's own rules for housing ads. We never send them your name, email address, phone number or anything you type into a form. Each agent is responsible for how they use their own Google and Meta accounts.
If you accept, we also count your visit for the agent: the page and where you came from (for example Facebook, Google, a link or a QR code). We don't record your IP address with it.
If you send a message or ask for a guide on an agent's website, your name, email, phone number (if you give it) and message go to that agent, who may add you to their contacts. To protect against spam we keep a scrambled, daily-changing code made from your network address, which can't be used to find you.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a Decline on every Homr page: no banner and no tracking.
Who we share it with
We share information only with companies that help us run Homr, and only as much as they need: hosting and databases, sign-in and account security, email and text delivery, file storage, and payments (Stripe). They may use it only to provide their service to us.
If you accept cookies, Google and Meta receive the information described under Cookies and tracking, and handle it under their own privacy policies.
If you accept cookies on an agent's website, that agent's Google Analytics and Meta pixel receive the information described under Agents' websites.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of Homr and its users.
How we protect it
We use encrypted connections, access controls that limit who can see your information, two-step verification for staff and agents, and a log of administrative access. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you if a breach affects you, as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to take you off the waitlist. Email hello@homr.online.
When you ask to be removed, we take you off our active lists and stop contacting you. We keep a minimal record that you asked, so that we honour the request and do not contact you again by mistake.
Children
Homr is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date, and tell you directly about any important change.
