Terms of Service
Homr is operated by IFIXIT Listing Services · Effective October 16th, 2026
The agreement
Homr is operated by IFIXIT Listing Services (“we,” “us”), 264 NW Walker St, Gentry, AR 72734. These terms are the agreement between you and us for using homr.online and everything in it. By creating an account, joining a waitlist or using Homr, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
If you use Homr for a company, such as a brokerage or a Vendor business, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are allowed to.
Your account
You must be at least 18. Give us accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your password and two-step codes to yourself.
You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has got into it, tell us straight away at hello@homr.online.
What Homr is, and what it is not
Homr is software. It helps real estate agents, homeowners and Vendors (contractors and other service businesses) plan, track and pay for the work of getting a home ready to sell and keeping it in good shape.
We are not a real estate broker, a contractor, a lender, an inspector or a law firm, and we are not a party to any agreement between an agent and a client or between a client and a Vendor. Nothing in Homr is legal, financial, tax or real estate advice.
Scores, percentages, timelines and estimates in Homr, such as readiness charts, the home profile, upkeep scores and how long a roof or an appliance is expected to last, are general guides built from what has been entered. They are not inspections, appraisals or guarantees.
Agent membership and billing
Agents use Homr on a paid monthly membership that begins with a free trial. The length of the trial, the price and any introductory price are shown on the page where you start your membership and on your billing page, before you enter a payment method.
When the trial ends, your payment method is charged each month until you cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card or bank account number.
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Membership. Cancelling stops the next charge, and your membership runs to the end of the month you have already paid for. We do not give refunds for part of a month.
If a payment fails, we will tell you and try again; you keep access while we do. If it still cannot be collected, your membership ends until you update your payment method.
We may change prices. We will tell you at least 30 days before a change, and it never applies to a month you have already paid for.
Promo codes and free months cannot be exchanged for cash, and end on the date shown with them.
Homeowners
Homeowner accounts are free. Homeowners also accept the Homr Homeowner Agreement, which explains how hiring and paying a Vendor work.
Some actions in Homr are real commitments: approving a Quote, booking a time, accepting finished work and making a payment. They can be taken only by the person named as the Decision Maker for that home or plan, and each one is recorded with who did it and when.
When you pair with an agent, that agent sees the plans and tasks you share with them. They do not see your home’s full record. You can end a pairing at any time.
Vendors, Quotes and payments
Vendors are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. We do not supervise their work and we do not guarantee it. Reviews, badges and documents on a Vendor’s profile are information to help you choose; checking licences and insurance that matter to you is up to you.
A Quote is an offer from the Vendor to you. When the Decision Maker approves it, the agreement for that work is between you and the Vendor. Proposed dates are requests until a time is booked.
Where payment through Homr is available, the Vendor is the seller: you pay the Vendor directly, into the Vendor’s own Stripe account, and Stripe processes the payment. Homr adds no fee to the work you hire. Homr never holds, delays or starts a payment: a payment is made only when you tap Pay, and a card or bank account you save is used only when you tap Pay.
When a Vendor marks the work done, the home’s Decision Maker has 2 days to accept it or flag an issue; the final payment is due after that. If something is wrong with the work, raise it with the Vendor through the job’s messages or by flagging the issue. A refund for the work is the Vendor’s to give, from the Vendor’s own account; Homr cannot refund or take back a payment. You may also dispute a charge with your card company or bank.
Vendors agree to describe their business honestly, to hold the licences and insurance their work requires, and to do the work they quote. Vendor companies also accept the Homr Vendor Agreement.
Homr charges Vendors no fees. A Vendor is paid by Stripe into the Vendor’s own Stripe account, pays Stripe’s processing fees on the payments it receives, and is paid out by Stripe on Stripe’s schedule.
What you put into Homr
What you add, such as contacts, properties, photos, documents, notes and messages, stays yours. You give us permission to store it, show it to the people you share it with, and process it as needed to run Homr.
You confirm you have the right to add it. If you import or invite contacts, you confirm you are allowed to contact them, and you are responsible for any message Homr sends to them at your request.
Homr may combine the results of many agents' marketing, such as how many new contacts an open house or a mailing tends to bring in, into averages it shows agents to help them plan. Each average comes from at least 20 agents. It never shows one agent's numbers, and never includes names, contacts, campaigns, addresses or anything else that identifies you or the people in your database. Your own results are shown only to you and the people you share them with.
Removing something in Homr archives it: it leaves your screens, and we keep the record as needed for billing, security, disputes and the law. To ask about the information we hold on you, see the Privacy Policy.
Your privacy
No one at Homr can sign in as you or see your account the way you see it. If you need help, our support team sees your screen only when you start a support call and choose to share it, and you can stop sharing at any time. Homr staff do not browse your contacts, clients, plans, messages, prices or payments. We look at your records only when we need to: to keep Homr running and secure, to handle billing and payments, to follow up a complaint, or because the law requires it. Every look is recorded with who and when.
Public pages and page addresses
Agents and Vendors may have a public Homr page. You may choose the name in your page address and change it later; your earlier names keep pointing to your page. We may reserve names, and we may move a name to the person or business it rightfully belongs to if someone complains that another account has taken it. If we move yours, we will give your page a new name.
Your website, tracking and advertising
- Your Homr website shows your profile, your listings and sales recorded in Homr, your Homr reviews and the guides you choose. You're responsible for its content being accurate and allowed by your brokerage and your licence rules. A home you helped a buyer buy appears only if you choose to show it.
- If you add a Meta (Facebook) pixel or a Google Analytics ID, Homr loads them on your website only for visitors who accept cookies, and sends them the page labels described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for your Meta and Google accounts and for following their terms, including Meta's special ad category rules for housing and the business certification Meta requires.
- Fair housing. You must not use Homr, your website, your audiences or your ads to target or exclude people by race, colour, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin or any other characteristic protected by law, or by stand-ins for them. Homr may stop an audience from being shared to an ad platform when it relies on one.
- Your contacts. If you upload contacts to an ad platform (a customer list) or export them from Homr, you confirm you have the right to use them that way, and you follow the platform's terms and the law, including any request from a person to stop.
- Website leads. People who write to you through your website are your leads. Use their details only to answer them and for the purpose they gave them, and honour any request to stop contacting them.
- Homr may remove content or switch off tracking on your website if it breaks these terms or the law.
Using Homr fairly
Do not use Homr to break the law, to mislead anyone, to send spam, or to harass anyone.
Do not try to get into accounts or records that are not yours, copy or scrape the service, interfere with how it runs, or resell it without our written agreement.
Do not upload anything you have no right to share, or anything that contains a virus or other harmful code.
Texts and emails
We send the emails and texts needed to run your account, such as sign-in codes, invitations and receipts. Marketing messages are covered by the Privacy Policy: reply STOP to any text, or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
Our software and name
Homr, its software, its design, its logo and its mascot belong to us. You may use Homr as these terms allow; nothing here gives you ownership of any of it. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.
Ending or pausing an account
You can stop using Homr at any time, and you can ask us to close your account by emailing hello@homr.online.
We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other people or Homr at risk, or stays unpaid. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you the chance to put it right.
No guarantees
We work to keep Homr running, accurate and secure, but it is provided as it is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that it will produce any particular result, such as a sale, a sale price or a date.
Limits on what we owe
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for lost profits, lost data, lost business or any indirect or consequential loss, or for what agents, clients or Vendors do or fail to do.
Our total responsibility to you for anything connected with Homr is limited to the greater of the membership fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100. Some laws do not allow some of these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
If someone makes a claim because of you
If someone brings a claim against us because of what you added to Homr, how you used it, or because you broke these terms or the law, you agree to cover our reasonable costs from that claim.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any dispute that cannot be settled by talking to us will be heard in the state or federal courts serving Benton County, Arkansas, and you and we agree to those courts.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will post the new version here with a new date, and tell you directly about any important change before it takes effect. Using Homr after that date means you accept the new terms.
