Homr Vendor Agreement

Homr is operated by IFIXIT Listing Services · Effective October 9th, 2026

This agreement

Homr is operated by IFIXIT Listing Services (“we,” “us”), 264 NW Walker St, Gentry, AR 72734. This agreement covers a Vendor company’s use of Homr, on top of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which also apply.

The person who accepts it confirms they are an Office Account Owner or Office Manager of the company and are allowed to accept on its behalf.

You are an independent business

You do work for homeowners, not for Homr. You set your own prices, methods, schedule and crew. You are not our employee, contractor or agent, and we do not supervise or guarantee your work.

Your company and your people

Keep your company’s details accurate. You decide who joins your company on Homr and what role they hold, and your company is responsible for what its people do on Homr. Your company always has one primary contact. Each person keeps their own login and two-step codes to themselves.

Your crew and staff are your company’s. Their pay, workers’ compensation, training and safety are your responsibility, and Homr has no employment relationship with them.

Licences, insurance and the law

You hold every licence, permit and insurance policy your work requires, and keep them current. You follow the laws that apply to your work. Homr is an advertising and transaction platform, not the authority that checks your compliance.

Quotes and work

A Quote is your offer to the client. When the home’s Decision Maker approves it, the agreement for that work is between you and the client. You do the work you quote, at the price you quote, or agree any change with the client in writing on Homr.

On site

Follow the client’s access instructions. Use property access details, such as lockbox and gate codes, only while your company is assigned to the work, and never enter a home without the client’s agreement.

Getting paid

Homr charges you no fees. Clients pay you directly through Stripe, into your company’s own Stripe account, under Stripe’s Connected Account Agreement. Stripe’s processing fees come out of the payments you receive, and Stripe pays you out on its own schedule.

Homr never holds, delays or starts a payment. A client is charged only when they tap Pay, even if they have saved a card. When you mark work done, the client has 2 days to accept it or flag an issue; the final payment is due after that.

Refunds are yours to give, from your invoice. Homr cannot refund or take back a payment. Card disputes are handled between you and Stripe.

You handle your own taxes. Stripe may send your company a tax form such as a 1099-K; Homr issues no tax forms to Vendors.

Responding and staying active

Homr works because Vendors answer. A Quote request you do not answer within 5 days closes as “No response.” Three of those within 30 days, or 60 days with no one at your company signing in, makes your company Inactive, and an Inactive company gets no new requests until it reactivates. Press Decline when you cannot take a job; a Decline never counts against you.

The Homr Vendor Network

Agents’ votes admit your company to the Homr Vendor Network. Until then, you work with the agent who invited you. We may remove a company from the network for breaking this agreement.

Homr does not promise any number of requests, leads or jobs, and we may change how matching, the network and voting work.

Votes, badges and membership of the network are not Homr vouching for your company. We do not verify licences or insurance, or carry out background checks, unless we say so for a specific check.

Your profile, reviews and content

Describe your business honestly. Do not post or arrange fake reviews, and do not use another company’s name, licence or work as your own.

You allow us to show your company’s name, logo, photos, portfolio and reviews on Homr, on your company’s public page, and when we promote the Homr Vendor Network. The content stays yours, and you confirm you have the right to share it.

Your page address. You may choose the name in your Homr page address and change it later. Your earlier names keep pointing to your page. We may reserve names, and we may move a name to the business it rightfully belongs to if another business complains that someone else has taken it. If we move yours, we will give your page a new name.

Your privacy

No one at Homr can sign in as you or see your account the way you see it. If you need help, our support team sees your screen only when you start a support call and choose to share it, and you can stop sharing at any time. Homr staff do not browse your prices, Quotes, invoices, messages or clients. We look at your company’s records only when we need to: to keep Homr running and secure, to handle payments, to follow up a complaint or a flagged job, or because the law requires it. Every look is recorded with who and when.

Treating clients fairly, and their information

Do not refuse, price or handle work differently because of a person’s race, colour, religion, sex, disability, familial status or national origin.

Use what you learn about a client and their home only to do their work. Do not sell it, share it, or use it to market to them outside the work they have asked for.

Ending

You can leave Homr at any time by emailing hello@homr.online. Removing your company archives it, and we keep the records needed for payments, disputes and the law. We may pause or remove a company that breaks this agreement or puts clients at risk, telling you first where we reasonably can.

Claims and limits

If someone makes a claim against Homr because of your work, your people, or your breaking this agreement or the law, your company covers our reasonable costs from that claim. Because you pay Homr nothing, our total responsibility to your company for anything connected with Homr is limited to $100, to the fullest extent the law allows.

The law, changes and the rest

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, and any dispute that cannot be settled by talking to us will be heard in the state or federal courts serving Benton County, Arkansas.

If we change this agreement, we will post the new version here with a new date, and your company will be asked to accept it again.

We may transfer this agreement to a company that takes over Homr. If any part of it cannot be enforced, the rest still stands. This agreement and the Terms of Service are the whole agreement between your company and us about Homr.
