What does it cost?
Homeowner accounts are free, and Homr adds no fee to the work you hire. You pay the Vendor directly, and only when you tap Pay.
Do I need a real estate agent?
No. You can use Homr on your own. If you work with an agent, you can pair with them, and they see only the plans and tasks you share.
Who can approve a quote or make a payment?
Only the people named as Decision Makers for that home or plan. Each approval and payment is recorded with who did it and when.
Who are the Vendors?
Independent local contractors and service companies. Their reviews, badges and documents are there to help you choose; checking the licences and insurance that matter to you is up to you.
Can my spouse or co-owner use it too?
Yes. A co-owner creates their own free account and joins your home with a code, so you both see the same home and the same plans.
